All orders booked on cryptomedz.com are conducted through our head office in Florida, USA & are shipped worldwide by recognized courier partners including FedEx, USPS, DHL and UPS. We also offer FedEx overnight services under which we ensure that your package is delivered to your home the next day.
Our shipping partners don’t work on the weekends hence if you place an order on Friday after 14:00 hours, it will be processed on Monday. It is important to note that the delivery time is estimated on the basis of shipping addresses and package contents and even calculating the holidays in it.
It is only an estimate hence if you do not receive the order within days of the final date of shipment, you should inform us about it and we will look into the matter. These instances happen in least repetitions but if they do happen, we provide a reshipment or a complete refund as per the customer’s will.
